The winning photos will have the honor of being exhibited at the museum among those of the artists. On this occasion, the new Novoceram collections as works of art together with American photographs will also be presented ROE Ethridgepaintings of Jed Martin OR Fernand Légermodern tapestries of Jean Lurçat or creations of Valentin Carron… a rich variety of creativity In a museum open to artistic initiatives of all kinds, painting, embroidery, sculpture, music, photographs.

We do not resist the impulse to deliver some photos of this immense museum … both from its surface and from the dimension of the works that exposes.

The gigantic works on our images immediately put the visitor in the industrial atmosphere of the exhibition, entitled «Le Monde as Will and as a background». It is adapted by the novel «The Map and the Territory» by Michel Houellebecq where the main character is a … water heaters! The theme of the exhibition really brings, not on contemporary art, but rather at the end of the industrial age in Europe, the glory of capitalism and its completion. On the first floor of «The Consortium», we can also discover the photographs of Roe Ethridge, a former American fashion photographer, whose collection is characterized by the very diversified nature of objects, people or places that photograph: the old film posters, the models, a rose, a Mop or a mixer. This versatility derives from his experience of the world and oscillates between spontaneity and such a subtle staging that it is difficult to know how to unravel the truth from the fake when you look at your paintings. His works of art combine conceptual photographs with commercial works. By adopting a democratic attitude, Ethridge’s work captures the living and intimate details of the world today by inserting his very personal touch.

At the end of the course, the library allows you to complete your discovery of the collections and to know the universe of each artist in more detailedly and, during the evening of June 26, the collections and the universe of Novoceram.

In this shooting of the internal court, we give you an appointment at the buffet dinner that will be processed with the regional specialties of a fast catering … if the weather is mild!
